Test Shoot // By The Sea

Working with the weather and what it chooses to do that day is a risk… It’s a risk I don’t mind taking… I do prefer outdoor test shoots. Keeping it
simple, pairing things back help me create better shots. There is a sense of freedom and I personally prefer it to a predictable
studio shoot.

For this particular 1 hour Test Shoot with Lienke, the sun
was shining bright at first and we were expecting golden hour for the photo session. However the weather turned quite quickly on
us and over came the clouds. You can’t
control the weather, it’s risky but I love the challenge of having to adapt and work with it… and work with it we did, it was lots
of fun.

Test Shoots are like a blank canvas, they are a great way to show clients how the model looks naturally.
